New Clients

If you are a new client, please call 708-476-0809 to make an appointment.  When leaving a message, provide your contact information and share a brief description of the problem(s) you are experiencing along with times you are most available for a return phone call. Tiffany will provide a free 10 to 15-minute telephone consultation to help you determine if she will be helpful for your needs. Phone calls are typically returned within 48 hours or two business days.

The first appointment is an initial assessment and is 50 minutes in length.  Follow-up appointments are also approximately 50 minutes in length.  When preparing for your first appointment, please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a credit card.  If these items are not provided the session will be canceled. A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times, even if you are paying by cash, or check.

The first appointment will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and allow me to have a better understanding of your needs and for you to ask questions and ensure it is a good fit.

New clients are asked to complete paperwork through the online portal. A link will be sent to you once an appointment is scheduled. Please note that this link is only valid for 24 hours.  Completing this paperwork in advance will leave more time for speaking with Tiffany during the initial session.  If this paperwork has not been completed, we will cancel the session.
